From personal experience it's easier to remove the bracket to fit it, you can do it in situ using jubilee clips and clamps etc, but if you remove it and stick it in a vice it's a doddle.

You can do it in situ. After you've cut through the old bush's plastic shell to remove it the two halves of the poly bush can be pressed in using a G-clamp and some blocks of wood (use plenty of copper slip on the outsides to ease them into the housing) Then copper grease the stainless center sleeve and press that through the middle of them both in the same way (if you press the sleeve in last you shouldn't need to chamfer the bushes). You will have to remove the tie arm that joins to the bulkhead as it's almost impossible to get it back over the new bush with it still fixed at he other end.

If memory serves me right(and it doesn't usually, lol), there are three bolts holding the bracket onto the side of the engine. If you follow the bracket down towards the dizzy cap you'll come across the bolts, you can't miss em. Remove the bracket that attaches the mount to the bulkhead, remove the turbo pipe that's clamped to the bracket and then remove the bracket. The existing mount is easy to remove with a hacksaw blade or similar, it's only soft plastic and rubber and cuts really easily.

The old bush has a plastic outer that you can cut with either a sharp stanley knife or a hacksaw blade, it's very easy to get through and once you make one cut the whole lot just pushes out.
