rear lights 2003 S40

[S40abdn]

Both rear lights have decided to stop working. Tried new fuses, etc but nothing has worked so far. Just wondering if anybody else has had the same problem and/or knows how to fix it?

Mine did something similar but was just done bulbs.

Try disconnecting the plugs with all the wires from the rear of the whole light unit and inspect the metal contact pins.

Only the two outer lights work with ignition turned off,the inner ones come on with ignition turned on,it is worth checking the bulbs as they are little 5w items and they burn out for fun.
