Smile Pics of the V40 after its full spray.

Here's some pictures of the V40 just as the rain started I’m in the middle of cleaning it hence why the rear plate is off, he used some sort of wet polishing technique which made a mess of everything and got everywhere he also left a lot of buffer trails I’ve got them all out now. I need to put some pre paint job pictures up later so you can see the difference, I’m really happy with the results for £750 for the spray I cant complain yeah there is some dust under the paint but its not noticeable unless you look close but what a transformation on what is just my works car. I'm going to tint the windows and fit a better style exhaust end.

I also need to get the cars out somewhere other than the house for some nice pictures.

Thanks Simon (Rufe) for all the help and speedy delivery of the parts.
Thanks Chad for my front splitter.

Here are a couple of Lou's 182. It may not be as fast as the Volvo's we have but boy does it put a smile on my face its like a little puppy its always ready to go go go....

    Here’s the spec of it;

    182 with extra cup packs
    Half leather and alcantara
    Cruise control
    Speed limiter
    Climate control
    Xenon headlights
    Automatic window wipers
    Automatic turn on headlights

Looks nice, £750 seems an awfull lot if there's dust under the paint, still if your happy with it mate.

You joking??? £750 for a full spray. The cheapest I got before that was over £2000.
I'm sure as a painter T/C you will no it’s near impossible to get zero dust contamination on none factory paint even from the factory it’s not always 100%.
T/C you done panels of mine for the V70 engine and that wasn’t the cheapest and there was dust dude.
    Thanks

Thanks Enigma I like the colour too, black is my favorite for the V40 sport but no way I would go insane with swirl removal on a black car. You should see my dads Hilux in the background that’s brand new and was "is" covered in them from factory. I'm staying away from it for now until I get the guts to go for it.

Very nice looking V40, that front splitter makes a huge difference.

Can I just ask where you got your number plates from? I know they aren't exactly legal, but they do look superb!

    I don't care if you have a T-5, a T-5R or an R......
......they wouldn't have existed if my Turbo hadn't forged the path!

    Thanks Dunc.
The V40 ones are from here www.platesforcars.co.uk £36.97 IMO there crap quility they dont feel laminated so i dont know how long they will last.
The 182 ones are from here www.demonplates.com £51.00 and will use them again the quility is top notch I love the carbon affect but I didnt think they would suit the style of the Volvo.
    Thanks

Believe me that I don't work in the cleanest of conditions(far from it), however, I do know what you say about dust. I wasn't sure what extent the respray was, I suppose that if it was an all over one then yeah, that's not a bad price.

A full respray from volvo is around the £3000.00 mark (£400.for the bonnet)and the dust is free.
