I had posted these guides up on the forum before the "Big Button" was accidentally pressed and wiped out half of everyone's hard work and advice. Thought if I posted my humble wee guides up (including the rear brakes that I only did 48 hours ago) then it would hopefully help people out.

Every little helps as the advert says

I've been doing my engine dac, I started with the sand paper then I bought a nice new dremel went over it all with a wire wheel then put a polishing pad in and used metal polish to even out all the sanding marks the results were ace I’m not finished yet I’m considering getting it chromed now lol.
    Thanks

    Dude, thats the hard way.
Easy way is some spray engine cleaner. Squirt squirt, wait.
    Hose. Wipe
Plastic and rubber cleaner. Squirt squirt. Buff
    Shiney

    No elbow grease needed.

    Will get bottle names tomorrow.

    Hey Baj

Looks good. But try doing it "the easy way" on a Volvo engine that's 10 years old and the mucks been welded into it and using a hose on a 10 year old T5 ain't something you really wanna do
