Volvotuning Dyno day

OK, we have a date, the long awaited dyno is installed and raring to go.

The date is Saturday 7th May.

Pedro can sort the list, price will be £40 per car....Minimum of 10 required for the day to proceed. If we get over 20 attending the price will go down

Please see VT's website for the terms and conditions and any details.

I must also telll you that every car that is run will need to sign a disclaimer before they do...If this isnt done your car will not be running.

This day is for Volvo's only, no one else.

As far as am aware you will get true figures for an auto, they just wont be as high as a manual as the box saps so much power

It is hard to get "true" figures out of an auto but VT have so much experience in Volvos and auto gearboxes that if anyone can get close then these guys can.

I have experienced chaps who have got close and chaps who had no clue and the difference was about 100bhp... that's a hell of a lot

Adam knows a lot about this subject and I trust that VT will give me as true a figure as I'm ever going to get which is why my name was second on the list. Sod the cost, sod the 4.5 hour return trip, sod the wife and kids - I wanna know the figures my car will produce god dammit

Count me in! Mine is only std though, so if there are loads of cars i don't mind pulling out to let others get their cars tested!

That wont be necessary matt - there will be plenty of room for us all. Dynoing on stock can be a good starting point ot modify from!!

That's what I thought! At least I'll know how much of a gain I've got for my hard earned cash when i eventually get Rica'd!
