    Question demon tuner

    ebay no 130238587644

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with these add on demon tuner kits? I bought one on ebay yesterday in a bit of a rush, thinking that i got myself a bargain but i'm now not sure if i want to fit it. I read some of the feedback from people who have fit this kit on other cars and they said that it made a big difference, but i've no idea if it'll work on my T5. I only paid £5.50p delivered so it is no great loss if i don't fit it.

    cheers, Dan

Looks like the standard potentiometer trick - messing with the air intake sensor perhaps?

Changes the resistance between the air intake measuring system - Mass Air Flow meter (MAF) - to fool the car into doing stuff it shouldnt. You remove the ability of the car to protect itself. Not a good idea
