ipod adaptors

rufe tells me that volvo dont do an ipod adaptor for cars older than 2008 (great service there volvo!!)

so what other options are there??

I should also add that the Volvo premium sound system presented with anything less than 320 kbps will sound squashed and flat! I'm in the process of redoing all my favorite music in Apple Lossless. Ipod's are great with headphones but the sound quality of compressed music through decent speakers is poor.
