No Haynes - need some torque settings please

Guys,

Long time since I've had a car which hasn't a Haynes! Could someone point me I the right direction for Torque Wrench Data.

Need
A - Front sus control arm knuckle nut
B - Front bolts to bush bar
C - Back vertical bolt to subframe
D - steering stop bolt

Oh, jees I hate this. Got a haynes for the p2 v70 but I'm not mechanically minded and migt need some help with part descriptions.

Try this for starters. If not right please will someone let me know.

"Hub carrier balljoint-to-control arm nut:

stage1, 50 Nm/37lbf ft, stage 2 a further 35 degrees"

Front bolts to bush bar? Eh??

"Subframe rear mounting brackets to body 50 Nm/37 lbf ft "

"Steering rack crash guard bolts 80Nm/59lbf ft"

When I posted this I'd just got back from Halfords, - they didn't have a Haynes and didn't think it was published - where did you get yours from? / where can I buy it?
