Help A.B.S light on

hi looking for some advice as my new toy 98 V70R Auto is giving me a headache
the ABS light keeps coming on ive had 2 sensors replaced and light reset but on test it comes back on it also has TRACS fitted anyone had similar problems
any advice greatly appreciated

think ive brought a shed

Ok now found the ABS ECU thread seems like thats me problem
will give you a update when sorted and them picks ive promised thats if it ever comes out the garage

yes mate nice place i moved here 10 years ago from Bracknell in Berkshire and i like it but its like everywhere its got its bad points but overall id say its pretty good cheap car insurance its band B so thats a plus already

Cheers Dave but its in the hands of the garage where i brought it and ive now had to tell them what the problem is. and i have told them i can source a unit for them. they seem a bit reluctant and have now sent it to a auto electrician. how much is the unit

Contact HLM (aka VT) - 01527 577710. We need to ensure also that it is indeed what I think it is - namely a 9162675. Is it possible you can find double check the part number. I am almost 100% sure it will be.

In some cars the brake light switch is a linkto both.

Another day goes by without the car now they have sent it to a volvo specialist im getting really fed up now. ive told them i think its the ECU on the pump. but hey what do i know
the only good thing is if they want to keep throwing money at it then thats up to them but whats the betting its what you have told me it is i will keep you updated
