Poorly T5 is now diagnosed

Hi all
Just had my 850 T5 engine given its last rites (both the head and crank are beyond help).
So if anybody can advise me on the following please?
1) Does the engine from an auto box fit a manual box? I know about the torque convertor and flywheel but is there anything else.
2) Does the interior from an estate fit a saloon?

You'll need the ecu for the gearbox as well as all the different cables linkages console etc... Big job if you ask me. Not sure I'd attempt it.
