it seem to have a stutter

when i am going hard in first into second my car seems to have developed turbo lag (2.5lpt shouldnt have lag) it has only started to do this, it also happens when i go from second to third hard aswell. was wondering if it was the recirclulating valve that was not releasing pressure when it should. i have no lights on the dashboard and when it does hit power it goes the way it should. any information would be greatfull

    regards
