Advice please

my t5 850, it gets to 4700rpm - 5000rpm, and it seems to lose it pull if you get what i mean, i do have a problem with the MAF could this be why?

Have you checked all the usual suspects as well as in leads,plugs,dizzy cap,rotor arm?
