    Tyre wear

Is it usual for the outside 3 inches of the tyre to wear heavily while the rest wears uniformaly?

Front or back?, if its the front then get the tracking checked. If its out then it'll scrubb the tyres like you've mentioned.

Is the wear on the tyre even, any 'feathering' handling issues?

rear tyres outside edge only, tracking fine, will post pics in daylight.

asked vovlo dealer and they didn't have any answers as they checked the tracking.

Both tyres have worn exactly the same.

No handeling issues felt even under pressure, the front always goes way before the back anyway.

    v. curious in my opinion

Hmm have you lowered it??, is the wear even all the way around or patchy?, if its in patches then I would check your suspension to make sure its not knackered.
