Rear Brakes

Need to change the rear brakes (I would guess at least the pads) on my T5.

I haven't played about with a car for years (no time anymore) so how easy would it be for (to be honest) an amateur?

Any opinions welcome, as it's gotta be cheaper than sticking it in the garage and potentially getting fleeced.

£12.22 for priemers and £45 to change plus VAT
