    Jamex progressive -35mm springs & standard shox. Good ride quality, nice cornery thingy. Not expensive from www.motorsportworld.blah blah......

    Its not too hard, assorted spanners & spring compressors, Mine where a pain to do this time round as I switched them with my old car, new car off, old car off....swap, new car on, old car on.......next corner.......swap swap.....next corner....blah blah. Phew! took a while. Much easier when I first put them on my old car. Did the poly top mount aswell (thanks to dafinchie for the nearly loan of the hacksaw lol)

    darren, that poly top mount DUZ increase engine noise in the car mate. I noticed. Cant say i did on my old 1 as it was fitted before I 1st drove it. Sounds nice inside tho.

    Will have to do mine soon, old one getting a bit worn now, if it makes it sound better inside its another good reason to replace it
