Well if we're talking figures with no backup then mine must be 853whp!!

Or if we are talking confirmed figures 258whp not that it means anything to me as long as it goes well enough!!!

280 whp and 430 nm of wheel torque @ 1.15 bar! Seems more on the road!
Havent done a 1/4 mile since upgrading to a 19 t custom rica standard downpipe!
But I may have a real tiny air leak or running issue, and am waiting patiently to see if the the lamba light and long term fuel trim code comes up again!

150-160 bhp fly wheel for the rover p6 v8s and about 215 lbft

Andreas 850 T5 is stock so about 225 bhp at a guess

245-250 bhp @ wheels in the Rover (guestimate based on 240 bhp @ wheels while not holding boost, was down 2psi ish)

255 @ wheels in the scooby

So the scooby is faster then? nope, it's quite a bit slower than the Rover actually.

Not worked out the wheels, but the fly figs have it around 270 bhp/tonne and 270lb/ft per tonne, which is why it spanks the scooby, sorry, terminals as well.

    Scooby - 255 @ wheels, 108 terminal
Rover - 245 ish @ wheels , terminal unknown, was 110 with less power and more weight, probably 110-112

Lower power car is notably faster on the road as well, drove both yesterday for a comparison.

So you can all have the pub arm wrestle discussion if you want , once the "how fast is it?" discussion starts I'll come back lol.

Still Volvo links though as my wife has a V50 R design sport and a mildly fettled T4
