I wonder what it would look like with titan or comet wheels?? Looks and sounds awesome, and even makes the standard T5 alloys look special!

hi all as most know i fitted a t5 volvo in my bug ,but went for a flat out test run ,its ok not as quick as i thought , but it was dark coming home the a light came me thinking it was the alti light(it wasnt it was the oil light oh dear)
me not knowing carryed on driveing the vechical with the light for 8mins then i noticed the engine started tapping loud , i knew it then was the oil light i madged to get back , and removed the covers to find it had blow the oil pipe in 2 (which goes to radiator cooler) i thought id lost the engine ,

so had to find out i repaired the pipe and put a full gallon of oil in the engine ,and cranked the engine (hopeing the oil light would go out)lucky it did ,then started the engine and everything seems ok , no smoke or cranky/tapping noises?

left it then for a hour or so then started it up the oil light went straight out so im assumeing its ok seems to drive and boost ok (thank god ):Banane45

think i maybe able to use these toyota rear calipars for my bug ,as at the mo the hub carrier holes are at the wrong side,so going to change the rear hubs around to see it may work better.instead of looming cables

silly queastion to ask lol this is how the t5 bug set off poeple saying a simalier idea, yes i cud, ive a vw splitty ,1961 and hated the poxy 40bhp engine and crap reduction gearboxs so ripped the lot out and fitted a 3.0 quad cam v6 lump and this my daily eats t5s from 0/90 mph lol pics if needed you only got to ask, if at the time i stiil had my split aircooled id have fitted this t5 in it?its still on my mind ,so maybe when ive had some fun in this bug ,it well may end up in my split lol
