Few questions and help ppl...cheers

1st off - The roof rails across each side of roof.. On my drivers side it seems to be coming off. Asked at Volvo and they said it wasn't the clips and that was that...Any ideas? Can I just glue them down or such like??

2nd - The rails that run across the top of the doors, at bottom of windows on the outside..Can these be replaced easily? Mines seems to have a few wee dents in them...you know the bits I mean?
