Nice to see your BP has settled somewhat. I think we all agree that the forum should be used for exactly this purpose. BUT, and that is a big BUT, views should perhaps be stated in a less aggressive way and certainly after due discussion with all parties concerned.

Message to VT if you do read this post - In a more tempered mode I think that your actions today and your attitude today was not in your best interest. I came with a list of things to do and you gave me the list back in a way which really offended me and I do hope that you learn by your mistakes and not treat another customer in that way. I stand by my decision to share this on the forum for one reason only - if your service was good and I was happy I would have shared it -so you have to deal with good and bad press. Hopefully, if or when I am completely calm, we can discuss this unfortunate episode and put it to rest.

Hey Tony - Can understand anyone getting upset when they feel they are treated badly but you loose credibility if it just comes accross as a rant I have never used VT but have experienced PMs on technical issues and have found Adam to be a great guy offering loads of free, prompt advice.

Personally I feel that all members should be able to share factual experiences, positive or negative, but it would make all more comfortable if you could leave out the abusive language and potentially offensive remarks. Apprecaite your apology Tony - I hope it can be resolved between all parties

Well, what a thread.

1)Bigtony is hereby issued with a warning for use of racist and abuse remarks towards another member and profanity towards others on the forum as per the forum rules. This warning is a final one due to the nature of the post.

2)Yes we allow free speech to an extent and people to have thier say, but not in this manner, the opening post was un acceptable.

3)We openly welcome thoughts from both sides (negative or positive) but not in the manner above.

4)I suggest a few more of you have a read of the forum rules this evening too.

BigTony not sure what happened but I think I've pieced together a rough idea. From Justins point of view and i know not everyone agrees but posts of that sort of nature can't stay on here or Justin, as the forum owner, might end up with his ass in a Legal Sling slander and all that.

Still I think his offer to put up a revised factual statement is just and fair and this is the first time I've seen this kind of offer so thanks to him for starting to allow some negative as well as positive experiences to stay on as threads.... about time we saw both sides of any story, of any supplier.

Hope this is sorted. Used VT myself a few times, always been happy. Everyone is nice up there although we all understand the odd person can throw a spanner about if they got out of bed on the wrong side

As stated in the post above I have apologied for some things said and respecfully ask that all posting are read. To annoy someone whjo is already angry usually has adverse effects and apologies were issued to the person inquestion. From the replies of forum members certain things were then rectified.
