i must admit, volvo have a decent choice of rims in the larger sizes, therefore I like oem stuff on our cars. I'm not against aftermarket tho, taste dependent!
Gen Volvos definately, aftermarket are usually bit thinner in the section so they dont usually stand up to much thrashing especially on the roads that we have to use in the N West.
I thought there was a light at the end of the tunnel,

will the car handel better with aftermarket wheels or worseOriginally Posted by BlackBeast
Surely the difference, whichever way, would be neglible (unless you got some really shocking wheels!), but it seems the consensus would be no, worse with aftermarket wheels..

I have been running some e-bay replica pegs for some 2 years now, had no probs thus far and trust them at all speeds and on any road
How much can you pick up replica pegs for ?? I've seen proper ones for sale at £1175 I think this is quite expensive ??
About £500 no tyres for a set of 4 is a ballpark... IIRC...

anyone?
standard size for original 17s is 205/45/17 - quite a lot of people run 215 width thoOriginally Posted by GregE102
