    Yep as said everything adapts now so will take a bit to settle down, especially on the power side of things.

    Thought i'd drag up this old post !! I've still got my V70 R after 3yrs of ownership & its been 100% reliable. I never did change the boost solenoid, it still feels breathless above about 4500rpm & flat spots but its the wifes car really so she's not bothered. I bought myself a E39 M5 facelift model 2 months ago so now the R feels quite slow ! Won't get rid of the R though for a few yrs yet, its a great family car !
