    Sheesh mate,I wish i had known earlier i frequent Volvospeed as much as i do here,They did a Thread recently about the 19t with downpipe,and all of them without a remap and some with damaged their engines in a big way,
    The only ones that didn't?

    I don't think it is down to the turbo, The timing belt tensioner has been on and off the car bout 6 times, and your supposed to change them after 3 tops, if i'm not mistaken, so my fault for being a bight tight really, car runs great with the turbo, about 1.1 bar of boost and doesn't run lean.
