A/C flashing lights??

hi the red lights flash on the a/c bottens and in the manual it says this is a problem can anyone shed some light on what the problem maybe??????

it means a fault has been logged in the proccesor you will need to read the faults which needs the right software or a trip to your local specialist a standard reader wont be able to do it, try cleaning the cabin temp sensor as crap on this often gives a fault message and is worth trying first (im assuming of course the system appears ok and its not low refigerent etc giving the fault)
