    What brake discs and pads??

Starting to get some brake judder from the front discs when coming off at slip roads etc at speed.

Anybody know what sort of decent discs and pads I can put on without breaking the bank?

    Mac.

    Hi Mac,
I've just fitted new OE Volvo Discs F & R.
OE Police Spec pads (F) & OE (R)+ fitting kits.
    OE handbrake shoes.

Whole lot came to 255 from Marshalls inc £25 for the courier.(so 230!)

Must say the P/spec pads are brill......Plenty of bite now their bedded in & so quite.

    Hope this helps. DB.

3G Discs and Red Stuff pads!!!!

Do a search on Discs & Pads and you'll see a few posts about this over the last two weeks.

I just swapped my front pads for BlackDiamond, I am very disappointed!!!

They fade quicker than the standard Volvo pads...

Paul sounds like he knows what he's talking about. I'd go with what he says.

I've got the Brembo discs and Ferrodo DS2500 from Hamish at Volvo Tuning. Pads took a while to bed in, but are now awesome. Have them on my Track Golf gti and have never faded.
