good news, thanks for your efforts Wayne, wicked job!
FIRST SNAGG
I arranged everything... UPS were happy to collect or for Greg to drop the parcel off. I would then get another invoice when the stuff has come through customs for the final balance.... yeppee I said....
I then contacted Greg to arrange where he was going to take the parcel to.... all hunky dory so far..... With the parcels sealed and weighed I thought all i'd hae to do was to ring UPS and give them my Credit card details, sit back and watch all your moeny disappear from my account and 4-5days later the parcels would be here...... I would then take some dodgy pics with them all to make everyone else who didn't take part very jealous..!!!!
But I can't pay UPS UK I must pay UPS US.... so I think I've spent nearly and hour on and off the phone trying to get someone to actually take my money...
One gentleman said if he was to authorise my payment he'd get the sack..!!
My solution
I've E-mailed Greg to explain that no-one actually wants my(our) money.
Now I've got two options :
I can get a flight out to Cincinnati Airport, then like a smuggler, stuff everything into a suitcase and bring it all back that way..... then get copped by customs on the way into the country, Everything gets confiscated, cos the O-rings have been proved to be used in a dirty bomb and are therefore a banned substance...
The other option is for Greg to actually organise the despatch. I didn't want to do it that way as I have picked up a few tips on the customs comodity codes to get us the cheapest deal, but if I have to I'll pay what ever is required...
All I'll say at the moment it the 5-7 day is a bit optimistic at the moment....
I'm planning to have a firm desicion by the end of the weekend on whats happening...
But did you know, that I can get a direct return flight for less than the despatch by UPS that includes 64kgs of excess baggage (our 2 parcels are only 47kgs), so you may see a few "VPCUK" stickers go international... JUSTIN - I need a flying Smilie.!!!!

Update :
Greg should have a price for the Despatch ASAP. I will Paypal him what he needs to get the stuff over here, then deal with the customs stuff once it is in the UK.
My fingers and toes are crossed that my maths were right and I don't end up with a massive bill for import duty.....I'll keep you all posted..
Also please welcome Redbrick to the Group buy fold. His stuff has been included in our order, thus splitting the costs even further...
TC and OliWally - I will cover your duty and despatch costs, but hold on to you items until you've paid up...(just a gentle reminder)
