I tried this (below) last night - and no more pop-up pins .. hope it would work for you.

Did the ol reset thing last night and worked a treat (well so far) - thanks for that?
I didn't expect Volvo to have these sort of minor electrical faults ... but i could be soo much worse - pressing the brake pedal on on old MGF (no haridresser jokes please) used to make the interior...

Going to try that! ... I found that if I lock the door (driver side pops up) .. open them .. put the lights on (using the wee yellow button on the fob) .. and lock them again ... it locks...
asked Mr Volvo for a quote and he laughed - never a good start ... going to see if its covered under my exteneded warranty (which runs out next week :( )
When i lock the car with the remote fob - sometimes (say 7 / 10 times) the driver door lock pops back up - I have to unlock & lock the car a couple of times before the lock goes down...

Mine goes on for between 5mins and 10mins. I was worried that it would run the battery down - but I do a good job of that myself leaving the iPod and Phone charger on :(

I'm not a big fan of de-badging to be honest, always something my colleagues did with their 318s etc. to make folk think it was something better... but it does make room for a RICA decal or something...
My S60’s clicking noise was the driveshaft ... all glued and sorted now..
Symptoms: Metallic clicking noise when starting off; changing gear; when coasting then accelerating; and when reversing.

thought i'd share this with you .... enquired with my local dealer (Volvo that is) about the iPod adaptor for the S60.. he was looking 330quid for fitting it!!!!

MOT was on Saturday, and they decided to fail my 4yr S60 w/30K on it for numberplate spacing (ok... I admit this is slightly illegal) and headlight allignment - what has really p'd me...
Just noticed this on my S60 - is it a problem or something that can be sorted... i was going to book the car into Mr V to have it looked at.
