I have wound the actuator back in 1/2 turn and i now get perfect boosting up to 10, maybe seeing 10.5-11 max and settling with no feeling of holding back :)

I have now got a stack boost gauge installed in the C70.

My boost is set to 10 psi max so stock by the look of things.

If i go WOT from say 1500 - 2000 rpm the boost will build to 12psi...

well i have no idea if that is right or not.

but if it is then faulty BCS perhaps.

My ME7 B5234T 99 C70 GT will only rev to 6100rpm max, literally as soon as it gets to the "red" section of the rev counter.

All the video's on youtube and specs seem to suggest the car should rev...

as jamesy said, the calliper bracket is changed which moves the calliper 11mm further out towards the wheel.

The front doors of an 850 (at least a later one) have 5.25" drivers in them not 4" drivers as per the link.

All the vacuum hoses on mine look good around the tree there with the exception of the large one which goes into the ISCV which appears to have leaked oil out over the valve. I...

i can hear hissing (not a whistling more of a sucking noise - but of air flowing) and mine also goes to about 3/4 then drops back to about 1/2 way.

Here are the facts.

My Volvo is a 1996 T5 with 157000 miles on the clock. It is an OBD-II car.

It idles perfectly, however is lumpy when cold/at light throttle at between 2000 and 2500 rpm,...

sorry was having a back to front day. i wasnt by the car. my bad!!!! i knew where i meant - unfortunatly that wasn't what i typed lol!!!!!!

I have done the king lead and that has (or aty least appears to have) sorted the flat spot totally.

EDIT - having driven the car a bit more the flat spot...

its round the back of the engine going into the bellhousing.

I have done stage 0 with the exception of the out of stock king lead - which i pick up monday morning :) :)

Adam - thanks for the info - it makes me wonder if the throttle cable has been over...

Will do that tomorrow thanks - where is the ID plate located matey?

EDIT - just checked the injectors and they are orange so thats a good start.

I guess the next thing is to look into the...
