It was a tad embarrassing, I had to use the forecourt sand bucket to soak it up, it was like a tap had been turned on, to the amusement of passers by.

On filling up with fuel on our 1998 plate C70 its pours out fuel from where the filler funnel meets the tank, there is a clamp which you can clearly see from behind the car, thats the spot it pours...

I have just had our C70 leak tested by Kwik Fit as they can provide that service. To just have the leak test carried out it cost an hours labour at £35. They found the leak then showed me. They can...

My C70 was getting an aircon leak test carried...

I don't seem to have that fitted. Do you know if it's covers and protects the cylinder shaped aircon drier unit that sits close to the oil filter housing ?

Anybody know if the Ph1 C70' s are meant to have an engine under tray fitted ?

Anybody had a windscreen replacement through their insurance lately ? .. i just need to know that when the screen was replaced did the fitters also supply and fit the 4 new trim pieces that go round...

Our C70 has the exact same problem, just keep an eye on Ebay as i managed to pick up a mint steering wheel and it even has the sporty thumb grips on it which ours didn't have. I also got the leather...

Not had a chance to get a UV test carried out yet, but did have a look myself today and think i might have found the leak myself ... Its where the metal pipe connects onto the condenser, its all damp...

Just had a look over it and apart from a wee bit of light surface corrosion it looks ok.

Kwik Fit want to carry out a leak test that you spoke about, they will use the UV dye.

If it turns out the condensor is leaking, is it an easy thing to renew ?
