spoke to taggart's volvo in glasgow this morning. they said that if my seats didn't have the heated seat option originally it could corrupt the car when they connect it up!

Sounds good to me. Will try and get down before end of feb' mot is due then and I've heard new regs state NO airbag warning lights or your fail!

Aye. I've heard that the obd11 is not related to srs probs thought I could wire the bosch diagnostics code reader on it. !

removed centre consol today.replaced and now i have 'srs airbag service urgent' on the dash with the yellow triangle.

seen different posts on other sites about this from turning ign to 1 holding...

hi, i have just removed the centre consol to replace with a different one. 'the one with the heater controls on' and now i have the same light on!!

i think i should have disconnected the battery...

Not as easy as buying the fascia with the heated seat buttons and plugging it in then?

hi, mine ran ruff too for a while. turned out the pipe from the intercooler to the etm at the inlet manifold end had split at the jubilee clip,consequently losing boost pressure! worth checking..

sussed it! sprayed the infamous wd40 up each coil pack one at a time and ran the car.

no.4 coil pack is the culprit!!
