    Must just be a coincidence then. The tcv was only a tenner so no great loss if it doesn't sort things. An upgraded actuator was on the list after I got stage zero sorted!

    Managed to move the shield enough to adjust the...

    Managed to move the shield enough to adjust the actuator. Took 7 turns to get the hole half way off. Now boosts to 8 psi. Getting better! I'm guessing something's worn out?
