ive got terrible road noise at mo...

I had a sim prob with my 09 S80 2.4D
Lost power, took it to a volvo dealer
it was the turbo control unit :(
but was done under warranty :)

every time i fill with windscreen wash fluid
it will not fill to top ?
it leaks some fluid onto the road at front of nsf tyre.!!
is it an oerflow sysem.? or broken / leaking ?
