99 R AWD only came in auto

You can get it to run by setting the timing marks up but it then has to have the dynamic timing set using software. Vol fcr 1.7> will do up to 98 cars with MSA15.7 but 99 and on MSA15.8 need to be...

99 car will be ME7 so the ecu controls the cruise control as its fly by wire throttle, remove the fuse cover under the bonnet drivers side and then take the 4 torx screws out and lift the lid off....

TRACS is completely disengaged over 25mph

I think you have other problems Frankie as thats not how TRACS works

Can you write a short list of what you've done as earlier you just say you've tried everything, have you changed the fuel filter?

288 euros for an uprated intercooler is a fantastic price
