Try adjusting the seat forwards or back a bit so it's on different teeth..constant pressure from getting in out,breaking and acceleration could have simply worn,opened out the gear teeth. I knotice...

Very very easy! Converted my old 2.5 10v too a 2.5 20v turbo (lpt from 855 awd) wiring and ecu is plug and play just make sure they come from the same 20v engine you will use.
Dismantle ecu box...
kit hasnt been serviced yet, been on car for just on 6months now
we have it too on our V70R,. good mileage around town and great on long distance! just find a small problem with it. when kickdown on lpg its like the lpg system cant react quick enough to the sudden...

i done some more digging and found why the 6cyl use so much fuel... its semi-sequential injection! 2banks, thats on the motronic 1.8,.. so we can thank bosch for chucking fuel down the exhaust haha...
if its anyhelp my 960 gets 20-22mpg around town.. 25on a run.. my old t5 got 17-20 around town 35 on a run.. the 6cyl's are very thirsty engines

cheers, only thing i cant see is why the balancer would be on just 1 cam?? thats if it is a balancer... but my engine gets a distinctive rasp after 3k in anygear like it was some sort of variable...
