i rang up g,s,f in exeter and some spotty tike told me they dont do spares for volvo,s.. only for cars that come from germany , france or SWEDEN !! . then he proceeded to put the phone down on me!!!...

i have done this a few weeks ago ,,

disconect the battery

remove cowling

look behind the wheel and you will see some 8mm nuts ,, spin the wheel to make it easier for each one ..

first volvo i had was a tdi estate ,, it used to pull quite well evan tho it was standard , same engine as a t4 vw van ,,

autogauge mate , i got 4 gauges and pillar pod , along with another external type pod , for a hundred sheets deliverd .

nice one t,c , ile sack that idea then .

i was thinking i could drill a small hole to break the bulb , to save me taking the whole cluster apart . or am i just being to lazy ? lol , i sort of thought that if the light wasnt working a hole...

.. here are some pics of the progress so far . i have decided to make a coolant temp housing myself , and am awaiting a sandwich plate for the oil pressure side of it ,, altho im not sure sender unit...

.. just to sum it up ,, i have got a white volvo , wich when i bought it it made the noise we are talking about ,,
i also have got a grey volvo wich i have put the air filter on from the white one...

as above , ive fitted my momo wheel today ,
i have bridged the plug hoping to get the airbag light to go out.
unfortunately its still glowing ..

have i done it wrong or do i need to remove the...

im running the lights off of the stereo live wich is switched . i touched the unknown wire to that and it made no diference ..

im still trying to get this noise .. im running more boost , got a bsr filter , i get a decent whoosh noise but no turkey style chirp .
my auto one used to do it until i took the filter off now it...

the gauge lights up but the needle dosent move ..

.. nice one guy,s .. im having trouble with me exh temp gauge ,, ive plugged the temp probe in ,, along with the lighting wires .. ive got one red wire left , im not sure were it goes ,,

can anybody tell me if i have 40mm water pipes or 35mm , im looking to fit an inline sensor housing , also is there any probs...

ive just bought one of these .. a very good system , quite expensive but the sound quality is amazing ......
