best way would be take it in to a garage and let them have the pleasure of doing it :)

if you want o do things a little cheaper you can use most of the original piping to make the rip kit but you will still need a length of straight pipe. doesnt look prety but does the job

0.6 bar is about the standard figure or 10psi mine is running an mbc at 1.0bar but doesnt quiet have the milage yours does so i would be happy with those results

the water must be passing through the top and bottom hose's to run through the rad otherwise the car would just overheat. sounds like an airlock to me

yes it is a disc off job to get to the handbrake shoes but not if you are only adjusting them as there is a hole in the disc inbetween the wheel nut holes for inserting a screwdriver for adjustment...
yes the rear handbrake shoes are inside the hubs and can be adjusted from there not sure if there is an adjustment on the handbrake inside the car aswell.
the BCS is eady to remove iirc its just 2...

why not look into fuel hose they will easily withstand the pressure and resistant to oil ect?
on mine iv cut the flexi bit out of the pipe work and had been joined with a straight metal piece holds the filter quite securely plus it wedged by the dizzy cap.
