mine did the exact same , the slave cylinder went ( internal ) and screwed my clutch, £950 later it worked. simples :crazy: my car is a t5 2005 model, so the price and amount of work may differ.

a remap would give you that extra power, rica or mte is a good option and yes i would look at the fmic intercooler which is talked about alot on t5d5.org, also check the p2 series part of the forum...
