Sorry, there should have been a semicolon instead of the comma.
Actually it wasn't, it was designed for two pressure sensors, an aftermarket sensor and the idiot light sensor.
You want to know the overall temp of the oil, the largest quantity is in the sump,...
Hi Biff, just to let you know that yes Tim does M4.4 mapping.
But they aren't brand new, they take an old one, machine it and sell it as brand new when it is infact remanufactured. Never buy a 'new' Volvo oil pump.
Because Volvo have let their standards slip. They supply new oil pumps when they are actually remanufactured, they should have 2 bolts holding the 2 cases together, however they only have the one...

Guess which one is worn :D
Yep, thats the one Eddy means.
Have a look at the oil pump, any wear on the gears, relief valve or casing throw it in the bin.
Were the rods checked for tolerances before fitting? There have...
You are on your own with that one, I had the HKS EVC6 set up to deliver 1.7bar as early as the turbo could manage it, as it was the easiest to setup, the ecu didnt have any control over boost.
Dave, if you need help or unbiased opinion on your setup dont be afraid to ask. Having done the high powered Volvo thing im now gaying it up in my mx5 :D
How have you plumbed the exit from the catch tank?
No idea on the D2, but i have KW V2 for sale and ready to bolt straight on, no faffing with changing top mounts orbearings etc.
Focus RS seats like the one I had. You managed to fit in it!
And if anyone needs an accelerator cable I have one available that has done less than 13k miles for £10 excluding delivery.
The only way I'd have an 850 is if I was to put the V70 interior into it and quite possibly change the front end to a V70, and while Im there the door handles, side strips and rear bumper. I'll stick...
Every bit except for the block and crank as I'm breaking the car.
Hey, 1/4 of an inch makes all the difference LOL
Ah, sorry, completely missed your eluding.
No, I had the GT3071R with the same ATP housings all welded up to a ported S60R manifold.
Looks a very good spec and thanks for condensing it all.
Do you know if TD replaced the plastic bearing cage with a metal one or if it has a metal cage as standard?
Only thing I can add is...
Not a problem.
On the GTX, as long as your using a T3 flange on the compressor housing? you should fairly easily make that sort of power imo. My set up (standard compression too) with pretty much...
Found you project thread. You should be around the 470 mark minimum on a Maha dyno, can't speak for other dynos as I dont use those.
Anything you need to know, send me a pm as I dont often visit...
Dave, I'll say it again, but im expecting 500bhp from your setup, IMO with a few hardware tweaks and a proper ignition map mine would reach that, but after a few years its time to move on to...
You misunderstood me, you take the old plastic bracket off the steering column and modify/cut the centre.
Grand prix racewear is where you get the boss from.
I removed all airbags from the car and just took the bulb out. You would need a resistor to do it properly. No idea where to get one from though.
Yes it will fit, but you have to modify the airbag/horn bracket if you want the horn to work. Get one from Gpr in silverstone made by sparco for the 850.
Only one way of finding out Dave. The setup is definitely good enough for the power you are after as has been proved by myself for the last year.
