When I start my 850 up the ABS and the tracs light stay lit and the headlamps wont work.

850 passed MOT today all it needed was a track rod end, no advisorys.

Spray some electrical contact cleaner on the key turn the ignition on and off,take the key out ,then try and start it again.The contact cleaner will get rid of any crap in the ignition barrel and...

My tailgate wiper has stated to move slowly and doesn"t seem to park in the right position.

Have a look at your tailgate lock,My 850 was doing the same as yours.
Tail gate lock was sticking doors were unlocking with the fob but the tailgate wasn"t unlocking.Then the doors would"nt lock...

Its on a W plate 2000?

A mate of mine drives a c70 auto and has asked me to find out if He has it remapped will it do anything to shorten the lifespan of the engine?
I don"t think it will have any effect on the lifespan...

I"ve just been laid off but no plans to sell my T5 yet.
Only sell it if you really have too,hope the finances improve soon mate.

Check your thermostat it could be sticking open.
Had similar problem on my 850.

Might be the central locking motor in thr drivers door

Silver one"s a really nice looking motor.

First decent outing for the 850 t5 this year.

Hope it doesn"t bloody SNOW!!!

My central locking is throwing a wobbly I can unlock it using the fob but the doors won"t lock with the fob.
Could this be a knackered relay?
