13.2 @ 117MPH at Shakespeare today, thank you for having me again.
I finally got to have a go, my other attempt to get there last month ended in a failed diff and gearbox before I even go to Shakespeare. It was nice to meet up again inc the homeless man...
If you start with the cam timing and then a compression test. Don't forget to check the cam timing you will need a cam locking tool and a new blanking plate for other end of the inlet cam. You can...
I fitted quite a bit of wiring to the N/S/R 1/4 sometime ago.
I forced my P2 flip key open and changed the pin and spring, it was a bit hard to break open but once back together you would never know.
Bell End.
£50-100 as a Trade in or as a big project posssibly as much as £700.
Your map won't alter no matter who loaded it.
Are you after a standard or Quaife diff?
You really need a code reader. By swapping plugs, coils and injectors around you should be able to pinpoint which parts are at fault.
You won't split a liner with an 81mm block with standard rods, as already said it's most likely the head gasket. Get the head skimmed and also change the coolant cap.
I don't like fibre gash splitters. That looks quite good.
It looks more yellow now
It looks like they didn't listen to you, it still looks yellow
BBS split rims use M7 x 1.0.
In the U.K. The only turbo ones we got were 2.0T LPT and T4. The 2.0 T is 83mm bore and the early T4 was 81mm, the later T4 83mm bore. I think in the USA your T4 with an 83mm bore was the same as our...
That's the pipe I thought it was, if it is then I've only known one to leak. They are a pain to fit as the turbo and exhaust manifold needs removing.
If it's the main water pipe from the bottom rad hose to the back of the water pump then most Volvo breakers will have them on engine's. I should have some but I wouldn't post it.
They work well, Adam from Wales did it on his 854R. Iirc volvo have now ran out of some of the rear suspension mounting brackets, they are easy to remove from a donor. I think Shem got a couple of...
The IPD one is the best fit, better than factory. The DO88 is fine you just need to take care with the hose clip on the ETM. Don't use the crap Chav clips, use good wormdrive clips.
The plastic oil pressure relief valves can stick open, when they do you will still have some oil pressure but not sufficient to safely run the engine. The oil pressure switch thread size is very...
If it's the oil pressure switch it won't make it unsafe to drive. If the oil pressure switch is fine and you drive it you should hear a slight tapping after a couple of miles followed by a loud...
They don't look to be running lean but if you haven't driven it hard it won't be possible to see if it's lean when pushed.
They are due a change, importantly they don't show signs of burning oil but they do show you drive like a pussy lol.
I'd rather if possible not do the drivers door handle a third time...
