mine came on song around 2.5k and went a little flat around 5-5.5k, you have to remember that the 16t wont spool as quick which is why i put a 72mm rip kit on, that made a vast difference.

when my s70 was sorted properly it ran 7 in 1st, 9 in 2nd and 10-11 3rd,4th 5th
ive got the 76mm rip on mine, make sure you get decent hose clamps mate as mine blew apart every 2 mins !

well fitted a mbc today and the boosts straight up and strong so i tihnk i can assume my bcs is shot !
mines the same unit and does the same thing mate
what bothers me about that is that i cant put my foot down below 2.5-3k without bending the rods

i thought with a 304 remap it would have the boost / maf limit removed ?

boost is always a issue with these cars ! hoses perish, split or compress, change your old hoses and do a stage 0 ( check search bar ).

thats got a early S70 or late 850 that wants to try my 304 ecu out so i can rule this out as a boost problem ?
well i'm nearly 100% sure now that its the ecu, by my logical thinking i figure that if the bcs,maf,actuator were faulty and not allowing it to boost pass 10psi then i should still get 10psi in every...
After a nice relaxing week on holiday its time to get back to business lol.
is there any electrical way of testing a maf and bcs ?
i.e resistance across certain terminals or pressure test on...
lets just say it wont even spin in 1st so it cant be far out, its realy not quick at all

replace the recirc plate and 2 other leaking hoses and now have the following.
1st gear 5psi
2nd gear 9psi
3rd gear 13 psi
figure that one out ? lower than...
