Nice!
which version are we talking about, new one? or older one?
my s60 t5 used to do that, not sure why, but i think they all do it.
Good question!, i think when u look at the details of corning with the s60r awd/4c setup, as u enter a corner the awd sends 70% of the power/torque to the rear wheels, to create a better turn in,...
yeah, i see your point your making, but the haldex unit is the split, so that part isnt getting used at certain times, not sure not makes any sense, im getting confused to be honest! lol
D
Well said
the awd haldex loss's arent that bad, if u dyno the s60r in awd mode, then pull the fuse, eg fwd only, there's only a 10bhp loss, according to some dyno's done by some other R owners, so...
she's very sensitive mate, if u get on the wrong side of her, she will make your life hell on here!
i just put my foot to the floor, wheels spun, then slowed, then spun and then slowed, so on like that ,when i was trying to get up my street.
only doing that for a max of 2mins, then tracs shut...
tracs does help in the snow, but when my 4wd stoping working, only fwd, i had to get out of mt street covered in snow, slight hill, got to top of street and tracs stoped working, cos the brakes had...
im not starting anything mate! lol, the only people that turn these type of threads in "tuner wars" are guess who, the tuners!.
which is the best then in your opinion?, (some points to why X...
very difficult!, maybe try your local volvo dealers for a price, ive seen a few s60r on ebay/autotrader rangeing from £10,000 - £17,000 of your cars age and milage, so very difficult!

ps-...
well said mate, i would luv to bsr vs rica on the road aswell, not some tuners dyno!
u wont get them for £100 if u buy 235/40/18, the best price have got is £125 fitted, etc
im looking forward to next S60R(or new model version), there's is turbo charged version of the 6 pot, that puts out 350bhp, cant wait! lol
wow, thats the biggest turbo ive seen!, great!
the rad went on my car recently, it was the plastic ends bits that were giving up, the seal part had started to go pourous, i too didnt get any puddles on driveway, i think it was leaking when car...
could be the linkages, have stretched over time, i had a problem with my linkages, same problem u have seen, they put on new ones for me, solved problem, my car is different from yours, but could be...
I used to have p zero's on my 18 pegs, total rubbish in the wet, side wall is also to hard on them.
ive got goodyear f1's on now, the best tyre ive had so far in the wet, i seen a few plod volvo...
ohh!, one of those nights is it! lol
dont need to be a expert, to see a extra 20 bhp(so they claim), doesnt make very good value for money.
your a star mrs mopp!
if u dont mind me asking, why get rica when u already have a Upsolute 280 map, rica aint going to give that much more, spending £400 quid for very little gain, forgot the rica, get those pegs!
good choice sir dave
that is one nice and fast car, very cool
the dealer is talking pants!, the new T5 found in the s60, 2005 on , have a 2.4 T5, all T5 before that are 2.3L
going by the size of the turbo i thought 400+ bhp easily!
Very cool!
