So back to the rolling roll again soon then...?
I have yet to master my blitz boost controller, it's way more simple than yours, but I don't see how mine can see rpm and don't believe it does, then again I have yet to get olive back on the road to...
Oh yes, I was forgetting that slight stumbling block, there must be good me7 tuners out there by now surely...??
I'd guess Hamish ran from 3k to avoid any possible rod bending low down issues, as for mapping have you thought of using Vast, I'm sure JamesT5R has used them with good results and all done remotely.
This is my AEM AFR guage Dave, datalogging connection is in the glove box....

I also added AEM's EGT gauge and mounted in the spare...
Thanks, but my wmi is fine, it's the auxillary IAT guages I fried, I have new ones but need to mill down the plastic casings to get them to fit my mounting plate in the spare din radio slot.
Good to see You and Betsy survived the rolling road, the water/meth certainly does make a big difference to the IAT's, I must get my gauges fixed in olive, so I can see what's happening at the intake...
Good luck Dave, will have been a long time since she was last on a rolling road I guess, it will be interesting to see what she makes.
Did you get the AFR gauge fitted in and working..??
You probably know already, but a certain project is moving to a new stable, I just have to clear a space and ready the tow car.......updates will follow and they will be on here first before any...
Hopefully re-constructing the xc90 this week for mot, long time off the road and hopefully the re-placement engine is not a dog, will be good to have a tow car again, then may be another 850 could...
Yep still here and and checking in a few days, though sadly not doing much volvo stuff at present, as house, garden and work have taken over, but will be back sorting the fleet soon.
Nice kit that, I have used all do88 silicone on the Gul's induction and turbo piping, good quality stuff which easily will handle higher boost pressures and in black has allowed me to keep the Oem...
big job then.....
lol....oh no, it's because the drive is full of Volvo's already.
Very nice mate, alway's fancied one of those myself, not that I think I will have one now though.
Going well then, any issues with the car though the day or was it all good....???
That's great, hopefully this will iron out the issue. Good to she Betsy progressing again, I now have to pull my finger out and get on with my projects, the have been waiting way to long now for...
How much bigger is the wastegate hole now, to how it was originally Dave, if you don't mind me asking, do you have a before and after measurement....?
That's good to here it's stopped the wheelspin off roundabouts, I look forward to the review, I've used Accelera's before and found a great difference in compounds and handling, for example the old...
Interesting choice as I have been looking at these for a while now and are considering some for my Abarth and possibly the 651 extra for my T-5R as the mileage will be low when she gets back on the...
Well that's good news, Not that I've ever tried an man ecu in an auto, but my understanding was that auto ecu's work in manuals and auto's (and that is true as both my factory manual T-5R's are...
It's looking that way, make sure the wires to them are ok as they tend to break up and corrode over the years, don't know why I'm telling you that, with your line of work ...lol
Took me ages to find it on olive when I first had her, when Gul let me down it didn't take long to find it and fix it, RAC man was well impressed how much more I knew about the 850 than he did, he...
wiring to main relay above the radiator possibly...!!
GLWTS, I'd be interested if my drive wasn't already full of Volvo's and still trying to make space for a very special one at present, when it arrives it will be posted up on here.
