Welcome to the Forum. The job really isn't the hard.. Some photos (before and after) would be good
The most probable cause is worn/weak shock absorbers. Push down hard on each rear corner and when you release the load see if it bounces up and down on its own (which it shouldn't)

It appears to be coming from the 'Witness' hole, so a new pump required. Water pumps tend to leak when cold.
Sounds to me like the hose has collapsed internally..

I would suggest you obtain a set of secondhand carriers and use new discs and pads. Used carriers will set you back about £30 the pair

Martin. The spring clips stop any movement, so new pads here we go
