I've just bought myself a new vehicle as well and it's not a diesel  Still got my Volvo though and have no plans to change it anytime soon!
After all that, it's our supplier does not currently manufacture RHD 850 headlamps after all. They will make them for us but we would have to order 250 sets! :eye-poppi
Thanks for clearing that up Justin. www.partsforvolvos.com also have stock of the Koni FSD kits.
We will have Right hand drive headlamps in about 6-8 weeks. We fitted a set of Left hand drive lamps and adjusted them best we could, but it still failed an MOT.
Just wanted to confirm this is not an exclusive deal and all Volvo FSD dampers will still be available from all current retailers as usual. Didn't want anyone mislead :rolleyes2
Koni FSD's for all Volvo models will continue to be available from www.partsforvolvos.com as usual via the only U.K. Koni distributor.

Here are mine...
Thanks and nice job on the intake!
The noise isn't that loud, it's nice but subtle.
Only done about 5 miles in it, so I will let you know. Can't imagine it is going to make any noticeable difference. It's 2.5" CAT back...
TBH I think the throttle reponse has got better since I fitted the Induction Kit. By taking the airbox out it leaves a gaping big hole down to the road, so there is loads more air getting in and the...
Cheers Andrew!
The intake sounds fantastic, it makes a great noise when the car dumps the boost  and you can just about hear the Turbo whistling now as well!
Looks wicked!
and my Pipercross Induction Kit!
Very nice, but you definetely need some of those alloy door pins to finish it off
Door pins just unscrew (might need pliers to start them off) and screw the new ones on.
The BSR upgrade makes a big difference mid and top end.
Sounds like it could be link rods BTW... had the same on mine, changed the rear link rods and the knocking noise was gone!
I only remember having a bit of a burn with one S40 T5 up the Rushden bypass on the way home from work, so I guess it must have been you! I was actually quite surprised how quick the S40 T5 was!
A Rushden Man. Congratulations and keep an eye out for me C4 SMT! I've always wanted to see how my tuned T5 fares against an S60R :B_blite:
'Sounds' good. Can't wait now :D

Yes they make the additional cut out for you. You lose the towing eye point on the right hand side though. No big deal I guess. I'll post some pics next week once it has been fitted.
I think I'll play it safe and stick with the 2 silencers.
Just fitted my new Pipercross induction kit. Wot a nice noise that makes!
They have recommended the twin silencers, but I am slightly concerned it might be a bit too quiet?
Decided to get a twin outlet Powerflow exhaust fitted. It's going in next Thursday. Decided on Oval tailpipes and a 2 silencer system.
I know there are some people here that have had Powerflow...
