Logging it with a vct and nothing wrong with the engine as it was brand new, pistons ring rods shells everything.

Neither has mine after a year and a half since I did it' use the right tig filler rod when welding is as good as the thing your welding.
because they allways blow/vibrate loose that's why and a £££££££ to get' to tighten them back up.

Anything that drops AIT temps cant be a bad thing can they ! esp with the warm weather were having.
if your able to log your AIT temps you my be suppressed at the difference with and without wi.
All I know is, it made a big difference to how my car run's with lower AIT.
And I'd say if anyone is thinking about a fitting a WI system look for someone with the same spec engine and ask them for...

The best way to check, is look at the ETM and see if it has a wirng plug coming out of it.
If it has its a Magnetti Maralli unit, if it has a femail conector which your loom plugs into its a Bosch...
I can tell you stright away what your problem is............VVT timing not set right, and the instrutions in vadis are very miss leading about how to set up the VVT pulley.
Glad you happy with them mate' I'm sure going round bends now will put a smile on your face :).
The front spring top plates are off a xc90 and are stronger than the standard T5 ones.
And I think...
And someone with a vct2000 can set the ETM adaptation instead of going to a dealer :).

Hi Paul
I think they only thing we did with the Suzuki engines apart from normal servicing was replace the clutches after about four meetings.
But the drive box we had some right problems until we...
Yea its mostly torque that gets you off the line but if the car suspension is setup right and the car's been corner weighted it makes a massive difference.
we had his back coilovers built by Ohlins...
I'd go with a class 7 or 9 with single/twin bike engines' more expencive yea but the instant power is amazing.
we built one for my nephew to race three years back with 2 Suzuki GSXR 1000 engines...
Like I said I didnt pay that price but at the end of the day you get what you pay for these days ;).
