Try CANBUS friendly LEDs, these have a resistor fitted in-line, so won't activate the blown lamp warning. FleaBay are awash with them! ;)

Yep, did all that. The fluid is Volvo stuff for the 5 speed box. I have run the car stationary, had the car on a ramp and gone through the gears too. Occasionally it seemed as if the car hit fourth...

Hi all, so I took the car and flushed and changed the auto box fluid with Volvo stuff, now I have no 3rd gear!!! :(
It's really smooth going from 1st to 2nd, but there's no third at all.

Mine has them in the console arm rest. Just make sure you don't lift the armrest with cups in it! I have learned that much already! :D
