Funny you should say that I just called my local powerflow dealer and they said I can have a smaller more standard looking tail pipe fitted for £60.

Sounding more and more like a result then thanks chaps.

Could turn out to be the best 85quid spent then.

Its from the cat back and the centre pipe has an extra box which I assume is a silencer.

So it might be ok then its just the size of the tail pipe made me wince a bit!

Ordered a replacement exhaust for the S60 2.0T on friday from a breakers, what I thought I would be getting is an OEM replacement turned out to be a SS...

Would anyone with more knowledge than myself now if a T5 back box would fit a 2.0T with regards to size, mountings and such?
