I had the same problem, until the air leak on my manifold was fixed! :slap:
Now it runs so smooth.. :remybussi
They will only pay % because the car is 9 years old and has 152000 on the clock!
It's better than no payment.
Well my T5 is currently with Volvo.
They have found;
air leak on the manifold -fixed
Thermostat fell to bits - fixed [i found this strange as my engine never overheated? i think they did...

Oh my, looks like my T5 has blown a gasket...literally!
Just waiting to arrange a garage to look at the head gasket and let me know what the damage is. Fortuantly i took out a warranty...

Doesn't sound normal tho does it? Suppose i should get that checked out too!
Mines a T5 CD! It's lovely!!! :B_steerin

2/3 to 3/4?
Hmmm...off the top of my head i think it just about goes half way.
I'll check it out later and let yuu know properly, thanx.
By the way what is the fix then for a air leak, or is it...
Advice please, I have a 850 T5 which when in idle is always running around 1300 on the rev counter. It seems to rev high when changing gear too [especially when cold].
Also when coming off the gas...
