I had the same symptoms a few months back.....when i took my plugs out there was nothing left of them....one diode on one was practically missing...Put new genuine plugs in and was sorted after...

Was out tonight when i lost power no warning,no bangs or rattles.Was traveling on m-way about 70mph.Then pulled over,lifted the bonnet and nighmare,Timing belt snapped.....So we all know the outcome...

Problem now sorted......Fuel pump was the culprit!!

Thanks Lee but i sourced 2 set's of disc's and a set of OMP pad's today for £144 delivered which i thought was a pretty good deal masel,Will get them fitted at the weekend if it's no raining of...

Well i've no ideas cause i had the same problem on my 2.0 non-turbo,the oil was dripping off the engine cradle aswell,but miraculously it dissapeared and has,nt done it again since and that was weeks...

Right basically am needing new disc's cause these one's are shuddering like mad when they get heated.
So am looking at replacing the 4 corners as they all look a little shoddy
So if anyone can help...

I bought a matt black heat proof spray tin from Halford's and rubbed them down lighlty with a scothbrite pad to give them a key and that was it done in an hour:smile:

Had a wee go at painting my lights,was easy to do and only cost a fiver,will need to source some indicators now!

I think the powerflow looks the dog's......and am now thinking about one for ma S40 soon
