It was already on a mapped 4.4 by Shemtek when I bought it. All I’ve done is wire in a OBD2 port to read codes. No codes stored. Should be useful though as when I take it to the rolling road they...
Finally finished install and got it working ok, can read codes etc with Torque app now.

Just read through your thread. I like how you’ve made all your bespoke fittings yourself. Very interesting read.
Ah ok right. I’m ok doing mechanical work and a bit of wiring but know zero about ECU’s and reading codes etc. Hence wanting to fit OBD2 port myself so I can read the codes and have more...

The M5 does help LOL.
I drove an XC90 with the twin turbo setup and no delay from stand still. I have also been told that a re map will help a lot with delay issue.
My wife has had her 2009 185bhp D5 R Design from about a year old. We traded in the 300bhp manual V70 R at the time and I know what you mean about the delay from stand still. We only ever bought it...
Just read through the thread from start to finish. That's a lot of hard work you have put in in a short space of time. Its good to see that their are owners that are still willing to pump the money...
I bought my 2003 V70R manual 4yrs ago from a main dealer with 30k on it, its now done 73k , drivers heated seat doesn't work anymore, replaced boost valve, fuel pressure reg, front discs & pads,rear...
Thought i'd drag up this old post !! I've still got my V70 R after 3yrs of ownership & its been 100% reliable. I never did change the boost solenoid, it still feels breathless above about 4500rpm &...

Can i just say that i've had a 03 plate V70R for nearly 3yrs & done over 30k in my ownership (its on 62k now) & never really had any probs apart from drivers heated seat stopped working & finally got...
Is their much difference between the earlier C70's & the facelift ones, i've never really taken much notice of them & all i can see from photo's is the front grille is different. I don't think a C70...
Boot space not an issue as we have a V70 also.
C70's seem good value but they are a bit of an ugly duckling compared with the other 3.
